Fall raw honey
Summer honey is usually darker, much sweeter, more rich in flavor and usually a clover taste profile. Our fall honey has lite clover taste, but has a very rich caramel flavor. Children usually prefer summer honey. Visit us at the Champaign County Farmers Market (May through October in Urbana) or Mother Stewart’s Brewing (mid-January through March in Springfield) for free tastings.
