Summer honey is usually darker, much sweeter, and has a clover taste profile. Because of the summer 2024 drought in Champaign Country OHIO, our fall honey has no clover taste, but has a very rich smoked caramel flavor. This 2024 Fall honey is very unique and likely a once in a life time experience. Children usually prefer summer honey.
